Abundant Life Christian Fellowship, Orange, will host a gospel sing Sept. 11 featuring Burr Hill Gospel. The event will start at 6 p.m. with a covered dish dinner. A love offering will be received. CRAIGS HOMECOMING
Craigs Baptist Church will be holding its annual homecoming celebration Sunday, Sept. 13 beginning at 9 a.m. We will be outside under the big tent, so be sure to bring along a comfortable lawn chair if you wish. Bill Lewis will be sharing his gift of song and Josh Turner of New Life Church in Louisa will be providing the message. Lunch will take place around noon. ANNUAL OFFICERS DAY
Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Orange, will celebrate its annual officers' day Sept. 13 at 2:30 p.m. The guest for the service will be the Rev. Harrison Williams and his choir from Shiloh Baptist Church, Standardsville. A repast will be held before the worship service. All are welcome. SERMON SERIES
Grace Baptist Church, Orange, will be starting a sermon series entitled "Why Does God Need My Money?" on Sept. 13 in the 11 a.m. service. Join us to learn from God's word why we give and what we can learn from giving.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS DAY
Blue Run Baptist Church will be celebrating Family and Friends Day Sunday, Sept. 13 at 3 p.m.

BAPTISTRY DEDICATION
Crooked Run Baptist Church, Rapidan, will dedicate their new baptistry Sept. 13. The regular worship service will begin at 10 a.m. with a picnic to follow. Baptisms in the new baptistry and the dedication of the baptistry will begin at 1:30 p.m. The public is invited and a special invitation is extended to anyone who was baptized at Crooked Run or who has a family member who was baptized there. HOMECOMING/REVIVAL
Emanuel Baptist Church will celebrate homecoming and revival Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. Dinner will be served following the 11 a.m. service. Revival will begin at 3 p.m. with Rev. John Reid of Mt. Zion Baptist Church as pastor. There will be no services on Monday. Speakers will be: Tuesday- Rev. Charles Garnette, Fredericksburg; Wednesday- Rev. Terry Brown, Canana Baptist Church; Thursday- Rev. Peggy Brice, Blue Run Baptist Church; Friday- Rev. Joseph Moore, Shady Grove Baptist Church. All will be accompanied by their choirs.

MT. PISGAH
HOMECOMING/REVIVAL
Homecoming and revival services at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Tanners, will be Sept. 13 - 18. Rev. French Bryant, pastor of Threshing Floor Baptist Church, Washington, D.C., will be the guest preacher for the homecoming service at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Revival services will be held Sept. 14 - 18 beginning at 7:30 p.m. Rev. Frank Lewis of Antioch Baptist Church, Madison, will be the guest preacher Mon.-Wed. and Fri. evenings. Rev. Arthur Green of Swift Ford Baptist Church, Criglersville, will be the guest preacher Thursday evening.

CRAIGS BAPTIST REVIVAL
Fall revival is coming to Craigs Baptist Church from Monday, Sept. 14 to Friday, Sept. 18. Gabe and Josh Turner will be preaching the message every night beginning at 7 p.m. Each night a different musical guest will be sharing the gift of song. MT. CALVARY CONCERT
Mount Calvary Baptist Church will host a benefit concert to fund the construction of their new church on Sept. 19 starting at 7 p.m. Performer Michael Hoover will present his "Memories of Elvis" show at Orange County High School. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door, and are available at Shear Perfection Hair Salon, Orange Christian Bookstore, and the Orange Paint Center. YOUTH WORKSHOP
Covenant Community Fellowship and Everlasting Beauty Outreach Ministries will be sponsoring a youth workshop Sept. 19 entitled "First Love." The workshop will be held at Locust Grove Middle School 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Topics of discussion are: for the young ladies- focusing on your inner beauty and having a heart for God; for the young men- how to stay fit and healthy for God and from boys to men becoming men of integrity. There will also be a panel discussion on problems facing today's youth from various community leaders. The conference is free. Lunch provided. HEALTH FAIR
A health fair will be held at the Main Uno Baptist Church, Rochelle, Saturday, Sept. 19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Blood pressure screenings, information on diabetes, prostate cancer, breast cancer, hypertension and other topics will be available. SPAGHETTI DINNER
Salem United Methodist Church is having an all-you-can-eat spaghetti dinner Saturday, Sept. 19 from 4-7 p.m. in the church's social hall, located on Rt. 20 across from Double B Farm. The cost is $7 for adults, $3 for children 6-12 and children under 6 are free. Carry outs will be available.

HOMECOMING/REVIVAL
Nazareth Baptist Church will be celebrating homecoming Sunday, Sept. 20. The morning worship will begin at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dr. James D. Gafford, associate minister of Diamond Hill Baptist Church, Lynchburg, delivering the message. Lunch will be served following the morning service. The afternoon service will begin at 3 p.m. with Rev. CHOIR DAY

We are having a special prayer time each Wednesday during the month of September for those who are unemployed and needing to find jobs.
