SPRING REVIVAL
Blue Run Baptist Church will be celebrating spring revival March 17-19. The guests will be: Wednesday, the Rev. Price L. Davis, pastor of Byrd Grove Baptist Church, Kents Store; Thursday, the Rev. Maurice Evans, pastor of Elk Run Baptist Church, Madison; Friday, the Rev. Victor Williams, pastor of Springfield Baptist Church, Gordonsville. All will be accompanied by their choirs.
TAG DAY SERVICE
The District No. 2 Ushers' Auxiliary will be celebrating its eighth combined tag day service Saturday, March 20 at 3 p.m. at Emanuel Baptist Church, Orange. The theme is "Be a Doorkeeper in the House of My God" with background scripture from Psalm 84:10. All ushers are asked to wear white uniforms to commemorate this special service and to honor the legacy of the national founders' visions of an ushers' movement to broaden the field of church ushering. Each board is asked to select one senior and one junior usher to honor. The scholarship ministry of Main Uno Baptist Church, Rochelle, will host a music program March 20 at 3 p.m.
UBC DEACON/DEACONESS DAY
Union Baptist Church, Trevilians, will celebrate Deacon and Deaconess Day March 21 at 3 p.m. Pastor John Reid, along with the choir and congregation of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Advance Mills, will be the guests.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS DAY
The Nazareth Baptist Church Senior Choir will celebrate family and friends day with a fellowship service Sunday, March 21 at 3 p.m. The guest messenger will be the Rev. Robert Strother, pastor of Thessalonian Baptist Church, Fork Union. He will be accompanied by his choir and congregation. Lunch will be served following the morning worship service.

A mortgage burning service will be held at Little Zion Baptist Church Sunday, March 28 at 3 p.m. The Rev. Fred Sales, pastor of Rising Sun Baptist Church, Mineral, will bring the message. Everyone is invited to come out and help us celebrate this special occasion.

Gordonsville Baptist Church will be presenting the Easter Cantata "It is Finished…Paid in Full," March 28 at 11 a.m. and March 30 at 7:30 p.m.
BLACK HISTORY PROGRAM
Chestnut Grove Baptist Church, Barboursville, will present their seventh annual Black History program Sunday, March 28 at 2:30 p.m. The program will include various skits, praise dancing and singing groups honoring the achievements of black Americans, plus a soul food dinner. The keynote speaker will be the Rev. Marvin Jackson.
APRIL SHOWERS JUBILEE
Zion Baptist Church, Orange, will host an April Showers Jubilee March 28 through April 1 at 7 p.m. nightly. The theme is "It's Beginning to Rain." Bible preaching at every service will feature Jeff Ginn, Darrell Webb, Mike Hyde, Chris Allman, Eddie Burris, Donaldson Jones, Spanky Burris and Jimmy Miller. Main Uno Baptist Church, Rochelle, will observe Holy Week March 29-April 1. Guest preachers are the Rev. Halliard Brown, the Rev. Joseph Moore, the Rev. James Louderback and the Rev. Calvin Lawrence. The Good Friday service, "The Seven Last Words," will be April 2. Delivering the words will be the Rev. Harold Arrington, Jr., deacon Terry Coward, minister Gary Brock, deacon Darrell Lundy, the Rev. Delores Scott, minister Marvin Trice, and the Rev. Dr. Darnell Lundy. All services will begin with devotions at 7 p.m. and worship service at 7:30 p.m.

Blue Run Baptist Church, Somerset, will be hosting several Easter activities. A Good Friday service will be held April 2 at 7 p.m. An egg hunt will be hosting April 3 at 1 p.m. and an Easter sunrise service will be held at the Somerset Plantation April 4 at 6:40 a.m. followed by a men's breakfast at the church.
GBC EASTER SERVICES
Grace Baptist Church in Orange will be having an Easter sunrise service April 4 at the Orange Lake at 7 a.m. The public is invited. An Easter program will be presented at the church during the 11 a.m. worship service entitled, "A Treasury of Easter Hymns". Following the program will be an Easter dinner fellowship. SGBC SUNRISE SERVICE
Sunrise service will be held at Shady Grove Baptist Church on Easter Sunday, April 4, at 6:30 a.m. followed by breakfast. Sunday school will be held at 8:45 a.m. and the regular worship service will be at 10 a.m. Please note that this is a time change for Sunday school and morning worship.
YOUTH REVIVAL
Union Baptist Church, Trevilians, will host a youth revival April 7-9 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. The guest preachers will be: April 7, the Rev. Josh Turner of New Life Community Church, Louisa; April 8, the Rev. GOSPEL SERVICE
The Woodberry Cemetery Association will be hosting a musical gospel service Saturday, April 10 at 5 p.m. at Union Baptist Church, 312 Cobb Street, Gordonsville. The service will benefit the upkeep and beautification of Woodberry Cemetery, one of the oldest African American landmarks in the area. People of color have been buried at this site for more than 120 years and the Woodberry Cemetery Association works to maintain this final resting repose for years to come. The history of Woodberry is significant and worthwhile to continue. Everyone is invited to join in this program of praise featuring many community groups.
