To the editor,
The dogs and cats currently calling the Orange County Animal Shelter home have asked me to make use of my opposable thumbs and type a brief letter on their behalf to convey great thanks to the wonderful children of Ms. Angela Sadler's kindergarten class. They are very grateful for the bags of treats, food, cleaning supplies and toys, but most of all, for the time they got to spend being petted, talked to and loved. There are many deep rumbling purrs to be heard from the cats and the dogs are happily wagging their tails in gratitude for the kindness and generosity shown them by the students (and parents!) of Grymes Elementary School.
