Shelter thankful for WFS help

To the editor,
The residents and staff of the Orange County Animal Shelter wish to extend our gratitude to the young gentlemen of Woodberry Forest School for their donation of labor and time during their recent Sophomore Service Day.
Thanks to their tireless efforts the dogs enjoyed the fresh air, sunshine and chance to exercise! Staff, volunteers and clients alike appreciate the tidied landscaping and organized storage facilities.
We are grateful to Jacob Sargent, Shari Jacobs and Deb Caughron for their hard work facilitating this event and for their kindness in choosing the animal shelter as a beneficiary of this wonderful civic service.
