Orange County High School was well-represented at the Region II indoor track meet Saturday at Fork Union Military Academy.
The Hornets earned five Region II titles and hope to carry that momentum to Saturday’s State AA meet at Liberty University.

The Cadets (21-5) came into the game ranked third in the state, but fell behind early on and never quite got back in the game.

It happens very year. Just as soon as wrestling season ends a tremendous letdown ensues. Who can understand it?  Who would care?

Today at noon, ninth-seeded Virginia (14-15, 5-11) will play eighth-seeded Boston College (15-15, 6-10) in a first-round matchup. If fan attendance at Wednesday’s practice sessions were any indication, good seats are likely still available.
