Derek Justice tossed a no-hitter and got help from Trey Maupin and D.J. Brown at the plate as Orange improved to 14-0 and 8-0 in the Jefferson District.
Additionally, the Hornet defense was sharp, turning a number of double plays and gunning down runners from the outfield.
Orange remained undefeated in the Jefferson District with three unearned runs in the bottom of the seventh inning in Friday' night's 7-6 win over Monticello.
Orange struck first with a run in the bottom of the first to take an early lead. The Mustangs evened the score in the top of the second, but Orange came back with two in the bottom of the fourth.
Monticello tied the game with two runs in the top of the fifth. Both teams traded runs in the sixth before Monticello took a two-run lead in the top of the seventh.
Trailing 6-4, the Hornets rallied behind a lead-off singled from Chris Bittner. Nick Bledsoe drew a walk and Chase Hutchison dropped down a sacrifice bunt. Monticello's first baseman slipped and the Hornets had the bases loaded. Corey Schmidt hit the ball to deep short, but the Monticello shortstop bobbled the ball. As he threw the ball to first, the ball eluded the Mustang first baseman and all three Hornets crossed the plate.

Lazaro Torres added two hits for Orange.
Nick Bledsoe pitched a complete game and picked up the win in a 7-6 victory over Chancellor last week.
