The Hornets closed out the regular season with a 4-0 loss to Western Albemarle Monday night.
But Thursday evening, the Hornets earned a second Jefferson District win by topping Louisa 2-1.
Alexis Donahue and Nicole Carter scored goals for the Hornets in the win.
The girls had a tough time Wednesday against a talented Charlottesville squad, falling to the Black Knights 8-0.
Charlottesville (10-1-1, 9-1) held a comfortable 3-0 lead at halftime and poured it on in the second half with five more goals against the Hornets.
Orange managed only one shot on goal, while Charlottesville fired 12 shots.
Orange heads into Jefferson District Tournament play Friday evening.
On senior night, the Orange County High School varsity boys soccer team ended their regular season on a positive note, beating Western Albemarle 2-0.
Shane Bartholomew scored on a Josh Moon pass to give the Hornets a 1-0 advantage. Later, on a C.J. Marr corner kick, Matt Cronin found the back of the net to make it 2-0.
Orange continued to fire shots on the Western goal, limiting the Warriors' scoring chances.
The Hornets head into Jefferson District Tournament play Friday.
