Barracudas take second in RSL finals

The 2011 summer swim season came to a close Saturday, Aug. 6 for the Lake of the Woods Barracudas at the Rappahannock Swim League American Division finals at the King George YMCA. 
The Barracudas finished in second place behind Regency Park.  The Barracudas had one triple winner for the day, Julian Ciskanik (14), who took first in the 50 free, 50 fly, and 50 breast.  The Rappahannock Swim League consists of four divisions, including Battlefield, American, Patriot and NationalCiskanik placed fourth in the 50 breast and 50 fly when ranked against swimmers in all four divisions for best times scored this season.
Individual events 
8 and under
In the 25 meter free, Sydney Wynn (6) earned first place for the Barracudas.  Adam Boukhari earned third place.  Kendall Wynn (8) came in first in the 25 fly, C-division. Genna Blake (8) and Saba Azimipour (8) each earned third in the 25 back for the B and C divisions respectively. Latham Browning (7) came in third for the 25 back, C-division. Genna Blake (8) earned first for the 25 breast B-divison, while Adam Boukhari came in third, A-division. 
9-10 age group
TJ Wynn (10) took first place for the 25 meter free.  Drew Harrington (9) earned second place in the 25 meter fly.  Corrinn Ford (9) came in third for B-division in the 25 back, TJ Wynn (10) got second for the C-division.   For the C-division 25 meter back, the Barracudas took 1-2-3 with Andrew Geracoulis (10) leading the way, followed by Christopher Stanton (9) and Zack Corbeau (10).  MaryHelen Getty came in second for the 25 breast C-division.  Drew Harrington took third (A-division), Luke Wilson first and Gene Flecker third (B-division), and Andrew Geracoulis third (C-division). 
12 and under age group
For the 100 IM, Zahra Boukhari (12) earned first (B-division), followed by Madaline O'Neill Brown (12) in third.   Noah Klug came in second (A-division), and Luke Wilson and Ace Copeland earned first and second for the C-division.  Devynne Lockhart (11) and Emily Cintella (11) earned first and third for the B-division in the 100 free.  Brianna Bowman (12) came in first for C-division, while Luke Wilson (10) swam up against 11-12 year-olds and earned second place in the B-division.  Lockhart also earned third place in the 50 free (B-division).  Keegan Kelson (11) came in first in the 50 free (B-division) and Michael Suche (11) came in second (C-division).  In the 50 fly, Noah Klug (12) came in second (A-division) and Frederick Getty (12) third (C-division).    Chandler Renaud earned third for the 50 back (A-division), Zahra Boukhari (12) and Brianna Bowman(12) earned first for the B and C divisions respectively.  Max Yetter (11)earned first for the C-division boys.  For the 50 breast, Keegan Kelson (11) earned third for C-division boys. 
13-18 age group
For the 100 IM, top finishers for girls were Alexa Eclipse (16) and Hannah MacDonald, coming in second and third in C-division.  Boys top finishers were Corey Kreiter (18) and Tanner Kelson (15), earning second for A and B divisions respectively.  For the 100 free, the girls' top swimmer was Mallory Davis (14) in second place, C-division.  For the boys, Kyle Hayes (17) came in third, A-division; Conor Martin (16) came in second, B-divison; and Daniel Hyden (14), got third, c-division.  For the 50 free (13-14 year-olds), Rebecca Harvey (14) earned second place, B-division, and Riley Yetter (13) third, C-division.  Julian Ciskanik (14) earned first, A-division, for the boys with a time of 28.47.  Ciskanik also earned first, A-division, for the 50 fly with a time of 31.81.  For the 15-18 year-olds in the 50 fly, Lindsay Cook (18) earned second, C-division; while Theresa Bulik (16) earned first, C-division.  Corey Kreiter (18) and Kyle Hayes (17) each earned first for the A and B divisions respectively.  For the 50 free, Alexis Donahue (17) came in second, B-division; Rebekah Roberts and Hannah MacDonald took first and second, C-division.  The boys earned first in all three divisions with Corey Kreiter (18), Hunter Kelson (17), and Archie Crowe (15).  For the 13-14 age group 50 fly, Rebecca Harvey (14) took third, B-division; Jaimie Dodson took first in the C-division.  For the 50 back, Kelly Williams (11) swam up against 13-14 year-olds and earned third, C-division.  Devinn Spencer (13) earned first in the C-division for the 50 back.  Top swimmers for 15-18 year-olds for the 50 back were Rachael Roberts (16) in third, B-division, and Rebekah Roberts (15) and Alexis Donahue(17) first and second in the C-division.  For the 50 meter breast, Mallory Davis earned second (B-division), while Julian Ciskanik (14) and Ernest Eclipse earned first for A and B divisions.  Ryan Harvey (14) earned second, C-division.  For the 15-18 year-olds, it was Dani Amoruso (17) in first, A-division and  Alexa Eclipse (16) first, B-division.  Hunter Kelson (17) earned second, C-division for the boys.
Relay events
Luke Wilson (10), Christopher Stanton (9), Drew Harrington (9), and Paul Wilson (10) earned second in the 100 free. 
Chandler Renaud (12), Laine Harrington (11), Kaitlyn Flecker (12), and Zahra Boukhari (12), earned second in the 100 medley. 
Rebecca Harvey (14), Erin Kreiter (15), Lindsay Cook (18), and Dani Amoruso (17), earned third in the 100 medley. 
Matt O'Donnell (17), Julian Ciskanik (14), Corey Kreiter (18), and Kyle Hayes (17), took first place in the 100 medley. 
Chandler Renaud (12), Zahra Boukhari (12), Laine Harrington (11), and Kaitlyn Flecker (12), took second in the 100 free.
Kyle Hayes (17), Hunter Kelson (17), Matt O'Donnell (17) and Corey Kreiter (18), came in first in the 100 free. 
Adam Boukhari (7), Hunter Kelson (17), Noah Klug (12), Julian Ciskanik (14), and Corey Kreiter (18), earned first in the 125 medley.
