The Orange County High School varsity girls soccer season ended Friday with a 6-0 Jefferson District Tournament quarterfinal loss at Western Albemarle.
The Warriors (11-5-1) jumped out to a 3-0 halftime lead that the Orange girls couldn't overcome. Western added another three goals in the second half to seal the season for Orange.
Western outshot the Hornets 17-7 with Orange goalie Emma Chronister making eight saves in goal.
